What is The Pomelo Box?
We are a subscription box service, sending out a box of gifts every 3 months. The type of gifts will range from health & beauty products to stationery, home and confectionary. The products will all be related to a theme for that quarter.
Do you reveal what's in the box each quarter?
We like to keep the products as a surprise, however keep your eyes open on our social media pages for sneak peeks of some of the products featuring in that quarter.
How many products will I get?
You will get a minimum of 5 full-sized products - we don't include samples (unless they have been provided to us as an 'extra' for our box).
Do you repeat the gifts in your boxes?
No, we will never send out the same gift featured in a previous box. We may however, send out items from the same brand in future boxes.
I don't want to subscribe, can I buy just one box?
Of course, our boxes are usually on sale as a one-off purchase, however stock is limited so once they're gone, they're gone. However, there's nothing stopping you from waiting for the next box.
What are your subscription plans?
We offer 2 plans: a rolling quarterly subscription plan where you will be charged each quarter or a pre-paid yearly plan where you will be charged for the full cost of a year's worth of boxes (4 in total).
How can I cancel?
We would be really sorry to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your quarterly subscription, you can do so by simply logging into your account. With an annual pre-paid subscription, there is no automatic renewal so you will be invited to renew if you wish to do so.
When will I get my box?
Boxes are shipped out on the 10th of each month for each quarter. If you purchase a one-off box, it will be shipped immediately. We use Royal Mail Signed for as our delivery service so you should receive your box within 2-3 working days. And did we mention - our delivery is totally free.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the UK.
What happens if I receive a damaged item in my box?
We are really sorry if this happens. If you do receive a damaged item, please email us with the details together with a photograph of the damaged item at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your box. We will try to send out a replacement item, however if it is no longer available we will offer an alternative item of the same or higher value. Please note, any complaints made after 14 days of receiving your order, will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
